+ -1 moreI saw him again in August in 2011, he built me a water wall and dug out a pound. This pound leaked over 200 gallons of water underground because there was a leak in the pond. He tried to fix and repair but can't. He claimed he knew how to do the work but he does not. I had to hire a pond specialist to repair and complete the work. This is costing me an additional $5,500. The quality of the work was horrible and I would not recommend him. I am extremely disappointed and upset with his services.
Description of Work: This man does everything. In the past he has done the following. My driveway was cracked and he repaired with concrete and provided a drain. He also took down two floor to ceiling bookcases, removed a fireplace with a stonewall above it. He also capped off the chimney and drywalled the entire area. In another room he removed a very heavy stone wall. Also removed two fireplaces found behind walls, one inside the other then drywalled the entire area. He removed a concrete patio in the backyard. At present he is removing my lawn, correcting the slope, removing the flagstone and will replace with Pennsylvania blue slate. On the front of my house he is removing stone that is currently there and replacing with stone facade. I saw him again in August in 2011 he built me a water wall and dug out a pound.
