Kelly did an INCREDIBLE job! Everything went exactly as planned.

Oh my gosh! What a great, seamless experience! The representatives came early and got right to work after my showing them around and explaining what I wanted. I swear to you, my house has never been so clean. They got dirt I didn't even realize was there! My bathrooms sparkle, my kitchen shines and every other nook and cranny is clean, clean CLEAN! They are very trustworthy (they even returned a quarter they found when vacuuming out my sofa!) and hardworking. I will never use another service. Check Maid Cleaning for LIFE!

They went above and beyond and cleaned everything that I needed to be cleaned. They did such a great job that they now come to clean my home every 2 weeks. I love to come from work and my home smells great and Clean!

It went well! I booked the service online and Stephanie arrived five minutes late, she explained there was a wreck which delayed her. She was very thorough. She even cleaned the doorknobs, window sills, behind the toilet. She even cleaned the baseboards, which i don't think have ever been cleaned.

We were supposed to be out a day before the cleaning actually ended up happening. Our first cleaning company, that I won't mention her, decided it was appropriate to cancel on us at the last second and we were out of town. We ended up panic-calling about 20 other clenaing companies trying to find someone with availability that night. Literally spent 4 hours calling companies. No one had it because of a Friday. About the last company we called, Checkmaids, were able to accept us but for the next day very early, which we worked out.
Very unfortunately, I was not there to tip the cleaners appropriately (and they won't accept tips on cards, also unfortunate) but they did an amazing job. The place looks great, our super is thrilled, and we're all done here!
It appears these folks do business where we're going too, so we plan to use in the future. Really great people.. they were motivated to help us and it showed. We can't thank them enough. Sorry we weren't able to tip! THANK YOU!

I contacted them initially in January. They came to clean for the first time on the 14th or 15th.. I have been using them since. Highly recommend them. The office staff is great- owner has replied personally- and the cleanings are always top-notch, although I'm never home to meet the cleaner(s) so I can't provide names to ask for. I do plan on continuing my service for at least another 4 months, until my lease here is up. They also have online scheduling and other nicities that are easily taken for granted. Use them!

Found through Google. Scheduled a week ahead. Online booking worked well- we like that! Come the day of cleaning, Jennifer arrived about 15 minutes early and got started on our 5 hour cleaning. The floors were our biggest concern, and she handled them with ease. We have hard wood flooring all over the home and it's been awhile since they were professionally cleaned (minus us swifting). GREAT outcome. They look wonderful. Our bathrooms were sparkling afterwards too. She tackled a really crazy tub situation (she had it soaking in something for awhile) with grace.. it looks amazing. We weren't sure that was going to end up as well as it did. Not even close. Kitchen and other rooms look fantastic too. Very happy we were recommended this service. We'll be passing the word on. Absolutely the worst cleaning I have ever received. We  were getting ready to move in to our new place, and we ordered all the extra services so the place would be in wonderful shape - including inside the oven, interior windows, move in/move out service. It was the most I've ever spent on a cleaning. When I walked in after the cleaning was done, I was horrified. Parts of the kitchen had been done - including wiping down the counters and inside the fridge, but it looked as if nothing else had been done at all. The windows were still filthy, the kitchen floor was grimy and I had a pile of dirt after I swept, the top of the trash can was covered in dust, and the outside of the dishwasher was splattered and streaked. The rim of the inside lid of the stove was covered in dust, making me seriously doubt how well the oven had been cleaned. There were bits of paper on the hardwood floors, making me think they hadn't even been swept, much less mopped. 
To be fair, I called right away and they sent some supervisors to check it out. They touched up the kitchen, which I appreciated, but as we had movers in the house right at that moment, they couldn't do a thorough cleaning. They also did not check all of the areas I had paid for, such as the windows. When I emailed customer service afterwards to say the windows and floors were still dirty and to request a refund for portions of the cleaning, I was told they would not issue a refund, that it was too late. I was sorely disappointed and the whole experience really took away from the joy of moving into our new place, because I had to spend so much time cleaning. What I really wanted was not a refund or to have the supervisors make it right, it was to have them do their job properly at the start. I was honestly stunned at how bad it was. I recommend steering clear of this place.
