They were excellent. They have done several properties for me. They performed well. They were great. I have them for about 3-4 years now. They were good. They are a good team. They fulfilled what they promised. I would highly recommend them.

My garage was painted by Charter Construction Inc is now chipping because the painter only put one coat of paint. Charter Construction Inc did a unprofessional work on the concrete. The Charter Construction Inc over charged us for the poor service and this is not acceptable work by any means. That's shoddy work done by an uncaring professional. The quality of work which we expected was not delivered. It's Charter Construction Inc responsibility to hire professionals that satisfy the clients. We would like a refund for the unprofessional service that was provided by Charter Construction Inc.
