Upholstering
Cerda's was recommended to us more than 5 years ago. We used them to re-upholster a sofa and chair at that time. They were great. We just used them again to re-upholster an old sofa. They will tell you how much fabric is needed, and will come out to the house to look at the piece before you buy the fabric if necessary. You buy the fabric on your own. They will then pick up the piece of furniture and fabric, do the work, and deliver back to the house. Cerda's workshop is located in Boyle Heights just off of Mariachi Plaza. A friend used them to re-upholster a sofa and they drove out to Thousand Oaks to pick up the sofa. Their work in the past and now was perfect. The sofa, which is about 55 years old, looks brand new.
