The operation was a success, so I can't fault them there. Their billing practices are another story entirely. The cost was $26,000 for less than two hours. When I requested an itemized bill, and then found discrepancies and asked that they audit the bill, they deleted some items and added other items, resulting in a higher bill than they had originally sent. They're also very aggressive and will phone you at home two weeks after they send the bill, as a "courtesy" to "see if you received" the bill. These calls are routine and are not reserved for second notices or late payments.
