THE COMPANY'S RESPONSE TIME WAS GOOD, I WAS UNDER THE impression THAT THEY WOULD MOVE THE FURNITURE BUT THAT WAS SOMETHING I HAVE TO DO UNLESS I PAID THEM FOR IT, SO WORK WAS DELAYED ONE DAY UNTIL THE FURNITURE WAS moved. AFTER THAT EVERYTHING WENT GREAT AND MY KIDS LOVE THE NEW CARPET.
