I have been very pleased with Carmen's services from day one. She even likes animals and is very patient with my two dogs. They can bark a lot and she never complains. There are days I have even asked her to let the dogs out into the yard. She accompanies them and lets them finish, often taking them out more than once when she know I will be late. I would highly recommend her.

She is very trustworthy, hardworking, reliable and I love her. I spend $120 on her services. She does extra stuff if I ask her to.

I had her name from Angies List called to ask her about her available time, she told me she did not have any time further she did not anticipate any available days, my question is why is her name still on this list

I found Carmen through Angie's list and have been very happy. She is extremely attentive and professional taking initiative to go beyond the basic housecleaning. I have been using her for 2 months now and have been impressed every week. She understands the basic principle that when hired on a regular basis a "special project" should be addressed each time. I never had to tell her this, finding the first time she came that she had polished the silver objets around the house. The next week she had cleaned the blinds. She takes a long time to clean my 1500 sq ft house with a great attention to detail. I would highly recommend her. Her English is not great but with her professional approach to work, you wont need to communicate much, she will just do it.

I am very happy with Carmen's work. I am very particular about certain things being done in specific ways, and she has adapted very well and learned to adjust to my needs. She has been cleaning for me regularly since May. My house has never looked better. She speaks only a little English (I speak to her in Spanish), but her English is sufficient to communicate with my husband when I am not here. She is honest, which is the most important thing when someone is in your house! I never worry about leaving her alone in the house.
