CALIFORNIA HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE

Overall, we found her to be less than adequate. The first visit went pretty well; the house looked clean. The following visits the quality began to slip. Each visit it appeared she cleaned less and less. Many things on the list were neglected (i.e dusting & polishing furniture, sweeping kitchen floor, wiping refrigerator, etc.). My husband was home that day when she arrived. He left for awhile and when he returned two hours later, she was gone. She made out with $90 for 2-2.5 hours work and the house looked the same way it did before I came home. Her policy was that if you are not happy with the job, she would come back and fix it. When I called her, she said she didn't have time but that she'd call me later. She called a few days later but by then, we had already cleaned it ourselves and our company had already come and gone.
