 + -1 moreOur HOA hired them two years ago to manage our townhouse complex and they have been excellent. They are very professional, responsive to your needs, competent and knowledgeable about CC & R's and by-laws. If they don't have an answer for something, they research it and get back to you ASAP. I have recommended them to two other HOAs who have went on to hire them. They are a motivated company and take pride in what they do.
Description of Work: Commercial, residential and HOA management services. Collect monies, deal with issues and problems, pay property bills, coordinate bids for work needing to be done, research contractors and secure insurance.
