The work was phenomenal. Roger helped us the design create, construct, and finished a beautiful remodel on our house.

He's very competent. He's on the job everyday and he had a very qualified staff that works for him. He's a very honest contractor and he's very thorough.

What we didn’t know was how great his workmen were as well. We feel so fortunate, as most of the time you hear about construction "horror stories". Roger and his team always kept us up to date and there was hardly a day when someone wasn’t at the house working. The team is trustworthy and competent, and we could always reach Roger when needed. For these reasons, we were very comfortable putting our second project in his hands. We would not hesitate to recommend Roger for any remodel or construction project. We thank him for making our home beautiful.

Roger and his team are professional, friendly, and get the job done. Project was on time and within budget. We are so happy! We loved working with him, and now we love our home!

Smoothly always with great attention to detail. Roger has excellent long term employees and sub contractors who do a great job. He is always prompt at appointments and responsive to phone calls.

I contacted Roger Perron because my FHA203K loan (rehab loan) consultant recommended him. He has a reputation for quality work in my area. Barbara his secretary set up an appointment and even dropped off a nice introductory package that included several letters of recommendation. When entering his office, I knew he was not the man for the job. Pictures of mansions lined his walls, over the top with ceiling murals. Big dollar projects that in my opinion represent the worst of Los Angeles greed. Stuff that just says I'm rich but nothing else. Poor taste stuff in my opinion. When I met Roger he seemed unorganized. He didn't know what the purpose of my appointment was even though I briefed Barbara. He had difficulty accessing his email to retrieve my architectural plans but was able to pull them up. He was very cavalier in attitude saying this is a total gut job, basically an new house. You're looking at least 400-450K. My project is just a modest 320' addition over a full basement. For a total of 1500' I've been getting consistent bids around 175-225 so he is way over the industry standard. He had little interest in the project maybe because he is a "designer" that wants to work on big dollar mansions. My recommendation is that if you are a multi millionaire with poor taste he is your man. I can't comment on quality, I'm sure its top notch. And I'm sure with enough money he can design to your own taste. Just saying if I win the lottery tomorrow I won't be calling Roger.

They were pretty on time and everything was on time. They used quality materials. He pays attention to whatever you want. I did have some problem with one of his workers. He works fine and supervises very well. He was a little expensive.

Excellent. First class quality workmanship. Started when promised, and done by scheduled finish date.

He came out the next day. He was very responsive, but too expensive.

He did good, quality work. The workers that came were good. He was really good with paperwork; he sent us progress reports and invoices once a week. He was very professional. I would recommend him to anyone really. We would use him again.

He was rather expensive, but he did a really great job. He's really nice and polite and so are his workers. We really appreciated that. They cleaned up well. We really liked his work. We would hire him again.

This was a fairly extensive remodel and it went quite well overall. It took about 3 months longer than estimated, which is nothing in the overall scheme of things. We had none of the horror stories that you usually hear from people who have gone through a remodel. Roger did an excellent job on the design, even though we went through He had great ideas and was receptive to our ideas and input, as well as melding them all in to what turned out to be a great final product. The workers were very professional, excellent craftsman, and listened to our input. They cleaned up after themselves and were most pleasant. Their lead carpenter, craftsman and foreman, Mark, was a joy to be around. As is always the case, there were a number of little things that had to be repaired or done after the fact and they were responsive to all of it. We weren't ignored, after the job was completed.
