Super. I'm so glad I found this company. T.J. explained things clearly, answered my questions and even provided additional help on related topics that I didn't know enough to ask about.

This was no easy task and she handled it with grace and humor!  She has also been available to us via telephone as problems have come up.  TJ rocks and I am so very happy to have found her and BusyLife Tech Support here on Angie's List.  I absolutely say USE HER and her services.

This is a pretty simple story. I went to New York (from L.A.), couldn't connect to the internet - on my computer or iPhone - and at midnight, my time, I called TJ in desperation... who patiently walked me through a long series of steps to get everything up and working.

This is service above and beyond... and done, graciously and for nothing, on the basis of my having used her to before my trip, to coordinate a (to me) complicated transfer of files...

She probably spoke to  me for 20 minutes... at least... a couple of few times that night.  TJ's kindness and expertise are, to someone like me, inclined to panic and frequently, on the road - indispensable.

She was very very nice, it was enjoyable to work with her. If I ever have a problem I will use her again. I would certainly recommend her.

)Last night I got a pop-up alert that prevented me from using my PC.  In a bit of a crunch time-wise, so I had to call Angie's List since I couldn't use computer.  Was given 3 companies, but TJ was able to come out within 4 hours after I called her.  She was very,very nice, figured out what was wrong (there was one thing she couldn't fix because we needed a disc and did not have it, but she got it working better than it was AND she even managed to teach me a couple of things.  Definitely recommend giving her a call.  You can't ask for more than someone coming out on a dime, knowing her trade and being personable to boot!

Well, the installation of a complicated system went perfectly: it's me that's the problem.    I cannot understand how to do anything and, when traveling with my computer in a  (very) foreign country,  I understood even less --- so I did the only thing I know that will work, and called TJ, from the Mideast, to walk me through all manner of problems, having to do with navigating connectivity, utilizing programs, and generally figuring out  - on my laptop, my iPhone, anything electronic - what to do.
TJ's  patience and professionalism were extraordinary.  She went the extra mile to call system analysts here at home and figure out with them what was wrong, so that she could help me out, stranded as I was abroad.
I called -  a lot... and she kindly walked me through the solution to every problem. Days in a row.
TJ is not only a technical marvel. She is a computer saint. I don't know if it will help her business to have any more clients like me, but if you are COMPUTER CHALLENGED, you need her.  Honest.  From one idiot to another, I'm telling you, she's the answer...
Oh. This too. She did the initial work - that was the four hours here at home - ad never charged me a penny for every bit of time I took up afterward. How nice is that?

oWe called TJ and our call was returned promptly. We set a time when she was to arrive and arrived as she committed to. She asked concise, pertinent question to establish the nature of the problems and set to work. She was efficient, professional, explained what she was doing, other options t make the computers run more efficiently.
We have had other computer service people out to work on our computers, both personal and company, and by far, she is the most professional. She addressed and fixed the problems, she listened to what we said and there was no attitude and we never needed her to come back and fix a problem that wasn't fixed properly the first time (which we have encountered in the past).
TJ is our "go to" person for anything to do with our computers.

I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, professional or nicer PC tech. She asked many questions regarding my needs, so she could provide the best & easiest navigation possible. TJ had me navigate through the various applications, etc. to make sure I was familiar with the set-up and asked if I had any questions or concerns prior to her leaving. I will be using TJ for all my future PC needs and can highly recommend her.

If only all service providers were like her! She answered her phone right away, made an appointment and arrived exactly on time.
TJ was professional and courteous while being easy to work with, patient,efficient and helpful Now we're rid of our irritating computer hiccups and are good to go!

TJ is a miracle! Can fix anything (no matter how obsolete), can teach anyone (no matter how dense), can (and does) arrive on a dime and works with dispatch. Relying on her is a blessing.


Being a computer illiterate, I regularly manage to lose things - my email, my server, my documents - and TJ always manages to find and restore them. This isn't quite as simple as hide-and-seek, however, because I use an antiquated system which no but TJ remembers how to fix. Anyway, the pattern is that  about few months  or so I bollix things up to a fare-thee-well and and duly panic, and  then TJ not only fixes the problem, but teaches me how not to cause it again.

She is a really a nice gal. She knows her business and is polite & professional.

Service came the afternoon of his call, spent 3-4 hours, completely fixed the laptop (removed all viruses, etc. -- he hadn't renewed his anit-virus security protection and the laptop immediately became infected).

I called Teresa in the morning, and she was able to come to my house that afternoon! She got the malware removed and ran some preemptive diagnostics. She also fixed a problem I was having on my desktop!

Excellent-responsive, solved the problem, explained things as we went along.

This was a difficult task since the program used to create the backup set only worked intermittently but Teresa worked very efficiently and professionally to overcome these problems. I would highly recommend her services which I regard a very reasonably priced. Her going-in estimates of the time the project would take and her estimate of charges were very accurate.

Teresa did an excellent job. She showed up on time and the quote she gave me was right on. She was very knowledgeable, professional and just nice. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her company again if the need arises.
