Requesting large item pick-up over the phone was a breeze. However, there was a bit of confusion because I requested two consecutive Monday pick-ups. I was told to have the items near the curbside by 6 a.m. However, pick-up was never earlier than 10 a.m. and I would have appreciated the sleep. Nevertheless, pick-up occurred both days without problems and not one single thing (or evidence of a thing) was left behind.
