Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel, General Remodeling
The general contractor was inexperienced & brought in inexperienced workers. Many jobs were not done correctly the first time & had to be redone. The owner of the company (Noam Itzhaki), who had good reputation from reference, was never around & appeared to play no role in day-to-day supervision of the project. He simply let his agent use his general-contractor license. The project was dragged on for what seemed to be an eternity (because many items needed to be reworked). The only good part was that the general contractor was agreeable about re-working & fixing problems. We wish they could have gotten things done right the first time.
