 + -1 moreTHE BROWN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY SAM BROWN WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENTS, THE ESTIMATING AND CONSTRUCTION WORK, EXCAVATION, CONCRETE WORK, FRAMING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND HAVC AIR CONDITION. THE WORK FROM START TO FINISH WAS 110 DAYS HIS BID WAS THE LOWEST ON THREE(3) CONTRACTOR, THE INSPECTION FOR THE ABOVE WORK WAS TIMELY BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY OF DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING AND SAFETY.
Description of Work: ROOM ADDITION, WITH BATH (NEW) Construct room and bath addition per plans. After addition is roofed and protected from the weather, remove existing adjacent, old exterior wall siding/stucco inside addition, down to bare studs and finish with 1/2" drywall same as addition. Exterior finish to match existing house and all siding joints to be abutted to a 1x4 cedar with vapor barrier beneath where new siding meets old. Abutting roof/wall lines to be smooth and straight line. New siding shall be toothed into old so no two siding joints are together. Any stucco shall match existing. Interior trim to match existing as close as possible or as noted in plans. Prepare, prime and paint all interior and exterior finishes.
