SAM BROWN WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENTS, THE ESTIMATING AND CONSTRUCTION WORK, EXCAVATION, CONCRETE WORK, FRAMING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND HAVC AIR CONDITION. THE WORK FROM START TO FINISH WAS 110 DAYS HIS BID WAS THE LOWEST ON THREE(3) CONTRACTOR, THE INSPECTION FOR THE ABOVE WORK WAS TIMELY BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY OF DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING AND SAFETY.
