The day we were leaving for vacation, we went to go turn down the water heater and discovered a drip.  We knew the heater was old and actually got a discount on the house for it so we knew it was time to replace it. On our way to our trip, we sent Brian an e-mail and he responded to us right away. Originally we wanted to go to a tankless unit, but Brian knew with our old house and since we are a small household, it might not make sense financially.  So he gave us several options including the tankless. Later when we got back from the trip, he came down to the house and saw our outdoor set up and all the work that was needed to get a newer model, a new cabinet, even a new concrete pad.  To top it all off, we also were getting a new fridge and needed a waterline for it. It was going to be quite the job and Brian was able to get us scheduled within a month to make sure it gone done all in one day.  He also handled and came back for the permitting.  In the end we got a brand new traditional tank water heater with 12 year warranty, a circulator with timer and the water line.  Brian himself was here for the whole job and took the time to go over everything with us.  Again, the price was more than fair and a month later we are thrilled with our instant hot water.

We live in a 110 year old craftsman that needs a lot of work.  One thing that has been a persistent and embarassing issue was a thumping in our guest shower. 
We had a $$$ plumber tell us the only way to fix it was to tear down the shower!!
Well we were having a guest stay with us for a few months so we really wanted to take another look at it again as I had a feeling it was the fixture.  Brian was recommended by a neighbor and we are so glad we called him!!
He took a look at the fixture and discovered it was a part that we could easily order from amazon.  He even got the existing part to work and the thumping stopped!!  Still, we wanted a more permanent solution so we agreed to have him come back when the part from Amazon came in so he could install it properly.
A week later, after a few phone calls trying to get him (He's becoming quite popular!)  He came with a days notice and put in the new part.  To this day NO THUMPING.  We are thrilled, out guests are thrilled.  We did tell it might come back and that the only way to get really repaired is to go through the back wall and replace the entire fixture, but so far, so good.

I found Brian on Angie's List this morning, as I was in a bind.  We had a
small earthquake yesterday that cause my emergency shut off valve to
turn off the gas.  I couldn't get the valve to reset, and had no hot
water or gas for the stove.  I called Brian and he came out the same
day. He reset the gas valve, lit the pilot light on my wall furnace, and
even stopped my toilet from running after every flush.  He couldn't get
the water heat pilot to relight, and suggested I have it replaced. 
Best of all he didn't charge me at all for the visit, suggesting instead
that I use his fee towards my new water heater.  He was very courteous
and professional.

One morning as i was leaving for work I found water dripping from the laundry room into the garage below. My wife called two plumbers the first wanted to open up the garage ceiling just to see what the issue was. Brian's crew came and right away determined it was likely a clogged sewer line and wanted to try snaking it first. A short time later with no holes in our ceiling they were done!

Very responsive and reliable. Quoted within 24 hours and returned within two days to do the work. Finished the work early so gave me a discount on the quoted fixed price job.

Very well. This was the second time I've used Brian. Told me when to expect him and was right on time. Work performed quickly by him and an assistant. Very professional. I would definitely use again. I highly recommend him.

Brian gave me a quote to do the job before arriving which I knew was a fair price. He arrived on time with his assistant and they performed the work. Brian also noticed notice a lot of built up mineral deposits in my toilet, which was affecting its ability to flush efficiently, and he cleaned it for me. I told him I was concerned that the bathroom sink might need snaking but he tested it and said it was fine. He also offered a lot of additional helpful information and tips. I was impressed with his overall knowledge of his profession and appreciated that he didn't try to up-sell me on services. Overall he did an outstanding job and I plan to use him again.

I called Brian in the morning explaining what I thought was wrong. He gave me a time frame to drop by and was early. He explained that he would not suggest replacing the disposal with the model we had - it was inferior. He gave me a price and started right away. His employee brought the new disposal and within an hour and a half they were done. Brian explained the proper use of the disposal and why he prefers that particular model. Called Monday afternoon and he showed up later that day as promised. Drain was hard to clean as drain pipe was over fifty years old.
Even though it was harder he still charged me less than other Angies list plumbers quoted over the phone. Very nice and professional.
Would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Everything went smoothly. My phone call was promptly answered and I was given the date and time the work would be done. Brian and his assistant were here right on time. The kitchen faucet was a little difficult to install, but Brian knew exactly what to do to fix it. The laundry room faucet was installed. The drains were cleared. The price was very reasonable. Excellent! I already have Brian set-up to do more work on water pressure problems and garden hose leak. Brian is professional and I feel I can trust him!

He gave me a quote over the phone, and it was for the job and not hourly, and he gave me some details on phone, as to what I was supposed to do prior, such as lower the level of the pool, because the job was related to the pool, but it was still a plumbing job. He gave me suggestions to lower the water, and he spent quite a bit of time, working on it, until he cleared his line. He then charged me what he had quoted me over the phone, he said he took pride in sticking to the quote he gave, and I really liked that. He just showed up to do the work, did the work, he is result oriented, and very professional. The guy is not a people person, the only time, he cracks a smile for you, is when he finishes the job. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

We were not able to fully flush our toilet and called with an emergency on a Monday at around 9am. We only have one bathroom so it really was an emergency! Brian lives locally, gave us an hour quote and was super prompt! He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I was very happy with his service.

We had originally called a different plumbing service which said that our drain was so clogged that we would have to spend over $10,000 to get the sewer repaired with a trenchless pipe repair. We called Brian and he said that this was unnecessary and that all that was needed was a better job done on the water-jetting. Brian did this and applied Root-Ex and our pipes work fine. We've done business with Brian before and found him to be very reliable, trustworthy and hard-working. We'd recommend him to anyone and everyone.
