A year and a half ago, I hired Brian to replace a water heater. He did an excellent job, was personable, and the price was reasonable. I would have given him a grade of A for this work. However, he no showed recently for a second job.
A couple of weeks ago, I called him to look at moving the water heater vent pipe over several inches closer to the wall of the garage because I was having a new garage door installed and the installer said the retracting door would bump into the pipe. Brian came over twice, once before the new door was installed, and a second time after it was installed to see exactly how the pipe would have to be angled and secured. He said he would call me between 7-7:30am Thursday 10/22/15 when he was at the plumbing supply store getting the supplies for my vent, and then would come to my house to perform the work. I never heard from him. He had two phone numbers and one email for me to get in contact but never did. I had to find another plumber to do the job.
