he was recommended by a friend who thinks he is the best and I agree. he was on time, friendly and
I felt very honest and not into ripping people off. he cleaned up after the job, and explained everything
that he did and gave info on our water heater. His prices were very affordable and he didn't recommend
things that didn't need to be done as other plumbers have.

I almost never submit reviews here or on Yelp... it's a matter of deciding how to use my time.
But in this case I am glad to take this time to recommend Hugo of Bran Plumbing.
Several weeks ago a flood appeared in the cabinet below the kitchen sink. We saw a hose and the cold water shut-off handle leaking. We did not have a plumber, and found someone through good reviews on Angie's List and Yelp.
Without spending excessive bandwidth on it, this plumbing service missed the problem. Their first attempt failed, as the cabinet filled with water that evening. The plumber returned the next day, and decided our Grohe faucet had failed and needed replacement, at least in some gaskets. But it was impossible to remove, so he took a hacksaw and cut it in half in order to remove it.
Ouch.
We'd bought another identical faucet, and he installed it.
First, and surprisingly, the water pressure from the faucet had dropped dramatically. He brushed off the complaint and left. But worse still, after he left... yes... the sink still flooded.
Another plumber from the same company came out the next day and finally identified the cause of the flood. The dishwasher's drain hose was old and dried out, and it had developed cracks and so was gushing water. He properly said we needed an appliance repair person. (We have a service that replaced the hose easily).
But we also asked this second plumber about the drop in water pressure. He set about measuring water pressure outside, even though the pressure had only dropped in this one faucet, immediately upon installation. Not surprisingly, he found no problems that way.
This was a Friday... he said the owner would call Monday. And, of course... never a call, that day or thereafter.
Friends recommended Hugo. He was responsive on the phone, set a day and time, and was ten minutes early. He is gentleman and clearly knows his stuff. He knew immediately that these faucets sometimes shed material that goes into the inflow pipes. All he had to do was flush the hot and cold water supply pipes and ... voila ... full pressure.
Total charge: $71.
Hugo is our plumber from now on ... no question about it.

I noticed water on the floor near my kitchen sink and I thought the worst. Hugo came promptly and put my mind a ease. He fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. It was a loose pipe connection in the wall coming from the abutting bathroom. A few weeks later, my kitchen sink was not draining and I called Hugo on a Saturday afternoon. He was just finishing a job and since he knew that we needed the sink to clean bottles and dishes for our baby, he came right over instead of waiting until the next morning. Great service, friendly demeanor, and I would recommend him to everyone.
