BOLT ACTION GENERAL CONTRACTING

When he first began to work for me, I could not have been happier. He was always on time and in fact that never changed, he was neat and tidy and had a great attitude. However, as time went on and he became used to working for me, he became less tidy, I would have to remind him to clean up after himself etc. He would get paint on the counter top and sink in the kitchen where he would clean the brushes. He did not sweep up the dust. Afer the last time he was here, I found ceiling residue behind curtains, on top of furniture and n corners etc. He insists on painting the corners and the wall/ceiling meets by hand and so it is never a clean line. He has yet to come back and finish painting the ceiling. The watering system which he installed still has leaks and the kitchen, corner cabinet unit is broken. This last, I do not believe is his fault but nonetheless he installed it and I would like him to repair it with the parts the manufacturer will provide. He was last here in March and told me he would be back in a week. Since then, despite repeated attempts on my part, I have heard from him once, two weeks ago, when he said he was organizing his time and would I send him a list and he would get back to me. Nothing. He will not return phone calls nor reply to emails. I find this extremely unprofessional not to mention rude. I hesitated about writing this about him, but as he is proving to be unreliable, not to mention that his work is left unfinished and in some cases what he did do is not working, I am writing this to let anyone else know about him. If you can get him and are willing to stand over him and make sure he finishes and tidies up etc, then hire him. He will come when he says he will but...
