Nightmarish. In addition to rude salespeople and high prices for the quality, it took at least four mos to actually get a usable chair. The first was delivered without legs. I returned it and the second was delivered with legs but without the part needed to connect the legs to the chair. This time I asked if they would pick up the chair since I had spent so much time going back and forth to the store already. They told me, "No way, we don't do that", I explained again the situation and told them I thought that was the least they could do sijnce it was now months since I had ordered the chair in the first place. Their answer,"I said no, do you want t the chair or not." A month later I was called and told the chair was ready to pick up at their warehouse, but I would have to drive there in person to pick it up. Oh, I forgot, why didn't I just say, .........., I want a refund. I did and they refused to give me one, only "store credit". I was stuck, I would never buy another item of anything there, so store credit was useless. This had to be one of the most angering, frustrating, sickening experiences with a retail outfit in my life. Shocked that they are still able to do business. Blueprint is a store from h*** and overpriced.

While I was purchasing the products they were unable to answer some of the questions I had about the bed frame. They swiped my card while I was away from the checkout desk and said they would have to cancel the transaction if I changed my mind. They made me sign a document that said "all sales are final". When they delivered the furniture the lamp was damaged and the bar stools had rust on them so I called them back. They tried to tell me that sometimes the materials can rust depending on the environment in the home, but the chairs had rust on them right out of the box. I called back about the lamp and they eventually agreed to send out another lamp. The second lamp was damaged as well so I called again. There are missing parts from the bed frame and they refuse to give me the missing parts. They have offered to send a 3rd lamp but I have no reason to assume the 3rd lamp will be any different from the first 2. I asked to speak with the manager who was very rude so I asked to speak with the owner and I was told that no one gets to speak with the owner. They have been hanging up on me and they are not answering my calls. I don't have a lamp and I don't have the materials I need to put together the bed frame I purchased and they will not even discuss the issue with me. I would NOT recommend this company.
