moving companies
+ -1 moreI needed a few large items moved at short notice and called a number of moving companies. These people had the best price so I went with them. They sent me a confirmation e-mail and told me they would be there at the time they specified. I waited over an hour before calling the company to find the ETA. Could not reach a live person, left several voice mails for a return call or status update, even called the emergency cell number to the actual guy I spoke with! No answer. Left a voice mail and still a day later had no return call, no return email and no explanation as to why they didn't even call!! Was rather inconvenient for me at this point and needed to call another company which at this late notice could only get me booked for 2 days later! This is very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend this company. First impressions can never been re-done.
