THEY DID OKAY. THE PAINTED OVER THE MAILBOX, WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO OPEN ONCE THE PAINT DRIED. THEY OVERLOOKED THE GRATES/VENTS. THEY TOOK THINGS OFF MY BALCONY RAILING AND DIDN'T BOTHER TO PUT THEM BACK AFTER THEY WERE DONE.
