BEST MAYTAG HOME APPLIANCE CENTER

I called this company based on the reports here. The service call was scheduled promptly and it was explained to me that there was a basic service call (about $60) to come and diagnose the problem, and this amount would be applied toward any work performed. The service person arrived promptly and was professional and after a quick look gave an estimate of about $400 in repairs for new bearings and other work. Well we thanked and paid him and sent him on their way and called Larry of Eagle Appliance Repair for a second opinion. He came out and spent much more time examining the problem and determined that only a belt replacement might be necessary, which he did on the spot and told us to call back if we had any further problems. That was 2 months ago and the washer is still working great. (see my review on Eagle Appliance Repair).

Came on time, had the part needed, made the repair quickly and easily.

The repair was fine. I anticipated the repair and he did it as I though he should have. He did the repair as described to me at an on-line repair site.

Fine. Repairman showed up when he said he would, identified, and fixed the problem. Only difficulty was that they could only tell you in advance that the repair man would show up sometime during the specified day, so it was necessary to find a day when I could block out an entire day when I could be at home. On the designated day, you can call in at 9 to find out when the repairman will get there, which then frees you up to do things the rest of the day but it does mean that it is a day when you can have no set appointments.

I LOVED THEM. I LOVED THE FACT THAT THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. I LIKED THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO DIG DEEP IN MY POCKETS. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

WE'VE USED THEM BEFORE, AND WE'VE PURCHASED APPLIANCES FROM THEM BEFORE. THEY'RE VERY RESPONSIBLE IN THE REPAIR OF THEIR APPLIANCES. THEY DO A DIAGNOSTIC AND THEN RETURN WITH WHATEVER PARTS THEY DON'T CARRY ON THEM AND COME BACK AND FIX IT.

THEIR SERVICE WAS OK OVER ALL THEY WEREN'T BAD OR REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE OK. THEIR ATTITUDE WAS NOT THAT GREAT BUT THE WORK WAS GOOD, MY REFRIGERATOR WORKED GOOD AND STILL DOES.
