She does a good job. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needed someone to clean the house. The only negative thing is that her cleaning is not incredibly thorough. I have to remind her to do certain things which I think might be normal, but she is still professional and trustworthy so that kind of outweighs the other stuff.

She's trustworthy, on time, she works tirelessly. I couldn't ask for a better person to look over your home and belongings.

Bertha has worked for me for twenty years and has stayed with me through moves to four different houses.  She has enjoyed long-term employment relationships with all the families she has worked for.  I have recommended her to several friends.  Bertha speaks, reads and writes fluently in English.  She is very intelligent.  She is hard-working, dependable, trustworthy and flexible.  She gets a remarkable amount of work done in one day in my very large house.  She works one day a week for me.
