The serviceman, who did not leave his name, did not do a good job, and made excuses for his incompetence. And we were charged twice the estimate we were given over the phone. I call this company both dishonest and incompetent. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I am surprised that it is on your list.

BERNIES CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING DID SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB! EVERYONE HAD ASKED ME IF I HAD GOTTEN A NEW CARPET OR HOW I GOT IT SO SOFT! IT'S BEEN A PLEASURE!
