One day, I got burned by another auto detailing guy who said he couldn't make it at the last minute for a variety of reasons, none of which seemed to hold any truth. I went online and found Bernie. Looked up his info and watched his video and gave him a shot. Bernie just blew me away. I am in the customer service industry and my business is top rated on Angie's List because we treat every home as if it were our own. Who knew that I would find that same type of thinking with Bernie and my Lincoln Navigator.
Priced right, on time and I knew that the only person who loved my car as much as me was Bernie....
A couple of months later, my SUV was vandalized. I called Bernie and he took care of everything !!!! Removed all of the spray paint, scheduled the new sales and installation of my high end tires.....I literally didn't have to worry about anything, as I knew that Bernie was taking care of it all !!!!! I cant say enough good things about this guy, and if you are reading this and wondering if this is a real review, ask Bernie to give you my phone number. He will know who this is by the content of this review. I would be more than happy to talk to you about him. I just bought my wife a new SUV and now Bernie will be able to service both of our vehicles. Just a solid, honest, trustworthy guy who knows his stuff and believes in customer service and the power of repeat business. The way that businesses used to be run.......remember???

Bernie was able to restore the dull/faded paint on my car where other highly touted car detailers couldn't come close. What happened was I bought a 2006 Corolla a couple of months ago that had dull/faded paint that I wanted to look like new if possible. So I took my car to a friend's detailer who said that my paint was so bad that not much could be done about it. He showed me in a small area of my car what he could do, and the improvement was barely noticeable. Then I took it to another detail shop that I saw had wonderful reviews on Yelp about their work. They told me that my paint was dry and that there was only so much that could be done, which was similar to what the first detailer I went to said. They also showed me in a small area of my car what they could do, and they were actually able to bring my paint back to life by about 50% - not bad, but I wanted to see if someone else could do better. So I took my car to another detailer that another friend of mine said was the best in the business according to an auto detail supply shop that sells supplies to professional detailers. My friend said that this detailer had shined up his 20 year old Infinity with very faded paint to like new condition and was extremely impressed with him. So I took my car to him, and he also gave me a sample of his work on a small section of my hood, but he was only able to improve my paint by about 30%. Then I decided to give Bernie a try, his reviews on Yelp made him really stand out, in my opinion, compared to the others. He's a very nice, down to earth guy, and he also volunteered to show me a sample of his work on a small section of my car where the paint was the most faded. I couldn't believe it, he made the paint there look like new! So I had him detail my whole car, which took him about about eight hours, and when he was done, my car looked fantastic inside and out. And most importantly to me, the paint came out so shiny and beautiful, I'm very,very pleased.
Although my car is only a 2006 Corolla, Bernie said that a large part of his business is detailing very high end cars, like Rolls Royces, Lamborghinis, Maseratis and the like as well as show cars. He also said that he works with a guy who finds Mercedes Benzes that are many decades old where the paint and interiors are all original, but badly neglected. Bernie said that through his detailing work, he's able to bring the paint and interiors back to beautiful condition on those cars.
