Mr. Goli assured me that replacing the slider was all that was necessary. In one hour he called me back that the case was ready for pickup. He replaced two sliders for a total of $50. I recommend him all the time now.

One wheel of my Samsonite suitcase came off after I checked it in and the airline responsible refused to pay for it because they don't cover external damage to luggage. I didn't want to pay too much for replacing the wheel. Sami was able to find a similar wheel from a discarded carry-on to replace it and I flew again using the suitcase a week later with no problems. It rolls smoothly just like before.

Went to Bedford Shoe about 4 years ago for shoe inserts. Went looking again, but couldn't find Sam. Turns out he moved 3 years ago. I found him again by accident. The inserts cost $82.26. The wallet repair was $15.00.
