 + -1 moreMr. Goli assured me that replacing the slider was all that was necessary. In one hour he called me back that the case was ready for pickup. He replaced two sliders for a total of $50. I recommend him all the time now.
Description of Work: The bulky soft case for my musical instrument, the double bass or bass fiddle, has a 6-foot zipper up the side. The case is made to last and the zipper is heavy-duty, but the slider wears out, rendering the zipper useless. Replacing the zipper is an expensive job. When my zipper finally wouldn't function any more, I took the case to Sam Goli. He replaced the sliders on the side zippers in one hour. No muss no fuss.

 + -1 moreOne wheel of my Samsonite suitcase came off after I checked it in and the airline responsible refused to pay for it because they don't cover external damage to luggage. I didn't want to pay too much for replacing the wheel. Sami was able to find a similar wheel from a discarded carry-on to replace it and I flew again using the suitcase a week later with no problems. It rolls smoothly just like before.

 + -1 moreWent to Bedford Shoe about 4 years ago for shoe inserts. Went looking again, but couldn't find Sam. Turns out he moved 3 years ago. I found him again by accident. The inserts cost $82.26. The wallet repair was $15.00.
Description of Work: First, Sam sold me some inserts for my two pairs of shoes. Second, he dyed all four shoes for free. Third, he saw my ancient wallet, so he repaired it with new leather & dyed it beautifully.
