Excellent. First general contractor we have ever worked with that we would gladly work with again. When I was comparing bids, I was impressed with the detailed and thorough breakdown of the cost of all the services to be provided. Since all the bids were withing a close range, I decided to go with the meticulous person. I was vindicated by the results. They covered all our belongings with either plastic or drop cloths & hauled away all trash promptly (a first in our experience). They took care not to damage our house or yard. The tile work was especially impressive as I had chosen a rather intricate layout. Ben and his workers are skilled and polite professionals. The project did take a bit longer than expected due to some unpleasant surprises when we opened the walls They had to correct some rather glaring mistakes left behind by previous contractors (such as an electrical outlet that had been left inside a wall, bad framing & unfortunate plumbing). Ben rides herd on his subs and makes sure they meet his high standards. All in all, we were really pleased with the result. In the long run, it's less expensive to hire the person who does the job right the first time.
