THEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. WE HAD TO VERBALLY GIVE THEM INFO TWICE OVER THE PHONE. THEN WE WERE TO CALL THEM BACK BUT COULD NEVER GET SOMEONE. EVENTUALLY WE CONNECTED.
