 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH. WE HAD TO VERBALLY GIVE THEM INFO TWICE OVER THE PHONE. THEN WE WERE TO CALL THEM BACK BUT COULD NEVER GET SOMEONE. EVENTUALLY WE CONNECTED.
Description of Work: WE WANTED TO REFINANCE OUR MORTGAGE AND GAVE ALL THE INFO OVER THE PHONE TO THE MORTGAGE PERSON.
