Steve was awesome! He was very prompt and courteous. He told us exactly what they would do, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He made a recommendation for the actual units but gave us a couple of options. They guys arrived 10 minutes earlier and were finished by the time he said they would be. I was shocked that they could do an entire unit (1350 sq ft) in one day. They cleaned up well. Everyone works great and our tenants are very happy.

Where I live there has been a lot of failure on HVAC and others were spending lots of money to repair or replace them. I called him after a recommendation from a friend and I'm happy I did. He was able to quickly identify that I was low on freon and he replaced that at a fraction of the expected cost. He advised that if I need a new unit in the future he could do that at a lower cost than anticipated. He was a great guy and provided a very honest service. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and I really appreciated that.

They were excellent! I live in a town house and the heating system is on the roof. It is old; probably 30 or so years old. I called them and he came out. The heating system was working when he came, but it stopped working sometimes. He said that he couldn't really fix it since it was working, but he went up and checked on it anyways. He told me that it was reasonably good shape. He let me know how much an ignitor would cost as opposed to buying a brand new one. He installed the new part, and it worked for a while. Once it stopped again, I called him back. He said he thought a wire had shorted out, he fixed it, and he didn't charge me for it. He is very fair. He responded very efficiently and promptly.

Steve did a great job. He not only saved us a lot of money, but he exceeded expectations in terms of attitude, promptness, working speed, and friendliness. We highly recommend Steve!
