There was mold in my closet and I knew it was probably not a great idea to live with it. Chris Gibbons gave me clear and useful information about the options and trade-offs and broke through the noise. Seems like the other "experts" and insurance people I talked to were just adding confusion. Recommend Paul Davis Pasadena highly if you have mold.
