I never take the time to write reviews, but this company responded quickly charged a reasonable price and literally came the next day after I called them. The person they sent out was as nice as could be worked quickly, and I was very impressed

Terribly One job wasn't done, and the other was poorly done. I still was charged -- and also charged for a part that didn't fit. I was told he'd be willing to come back and put things right for another hourly charge. I'm thinking, if you couldn't do it right the first time . . . why would I hire you again?

Bryan was very helpful and explained what he was doing as he worked.

Small outfit - sole owner and one associate arrived exactly on schedule. Smart, friendly, and enthusiastic, especially as this was an un-fun job in cramped quarters dealing with aging plumbing. We are planning to call again soon for hot water tank replacement.

I was concerned about quality of work done by a prior licensed plumber several months ago and a recommendation by a rooter technician four days previously that I needed to replace a large section of main drain because it had a crack that was leaking. Mr. Murray, the B'zzz owner, brought the small drain up to code with strapping and found a main drain coupling disassembled which he reassembled. He advised that it was not necesssary to replace the main drain. He also fixed small leak under kichen sink that I had noticed. Mr. Murray explained everything with clarity and patience.

They were responsive, prompt, clean, and fair priced. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Fantastic. Brian is the BEST! Super nice guy, responsive to phone calls and gets there as quick as he can--- just sometimes has stuff come up. But he CALLS to let you know if something is going to change with the schedule. I also used him to rearrange the plumbing in the wall for a new shower fixture, and install the fixture itself. High quality work for a reasonable hourly rate, compared to others who charge a flat rate for each item.

This is the third time I've called Brian. His prices are reasonable. He is honest and sincere. He is a pleasure to work with. My tenants called with the problems listed above. Called Brian's office and left a message for him to call and said it was not urgent. He called me back the same day. Came by the next day and worked for 2-1/2 hours. Told me the closet ring on the toilet was too high. He shimmed the toilet and caulked around the base. Told me he would come back on Tuesday to put in a new closet ring. He also replaced the fill valve on the toilet. When he came back Tuesday, the caulk had hardened and my tenant said the toilet was stable. Brian gave me the option of leaving it as is and saving some money or pulling the toilet and resetting the toilet ring. He told me, "Sooner or later it's going to start rocking again. We don't know when. Could be 3 months or 3 years. When it does, call me and I'll do the ring."
