Description of Work: AVIS replaced our air conditioner and heating system last week. The job was done exceptionally excellent. The employees told us each step they were doing. They demonstrated great respect for our wishes and our home & possessions. I would hire them again without hesitation.

+ -1 moreThey were a little unhelpful. We had gone on a Saturday night and they were upgrading all of their computers. They had one very long line around the building and it took us forever. Apparently, every Saturday night from 8:00pm to 10:00pm, they upgrade their computer system which seems like a strange time to do it since that is the busiest time. After a long hour flight we waited for an hour and a half.
Description of Work: AVIS rented us a car for one way and then dropped it off on our location the next day.

+ -1 moreI've been totally disappointed with their follow up. He was really nice but it was a mess when they did the installation and it took forever. It was horrible. I'll never use them for anything major again. The service guy we had was new and because of the economy he had been a journeyman commercial and he was wonderful, but other than that the installers and everything was a total nightmare. The merchandise was wonderful but the original people that came out were terrible. I would only use them if everybody else was out of business and they were the only ones there.
Description of Work: I used Avis Plumbing & Heating for a new furnace.

+ -1 moreI call Avis Rent-A-Car and tell them that I need a car. The lady seemed to work real hard to give us an upgrade for a certain car. It was a good experience and I would use them again.
