I was extremely pleased with the complete process from beginning to end. There was nothing that I needed to worry about. Mr. Misrachi knew my budget and he was was aware of that. When ever I started to drift into other areas and he knew it was outside my budget, he pulled me back. I was impressed with his honesty and his attention to the entire project from beginning to end. This went for my home as well as my office. Time has passed and occasionally i can call on him to this day and ask questions.
Description of Work
I have used A.V.I.construction for both my personal home and my business. In my business there was reconstruction of 4,500 squre feet which included necessary upgrades, walls, roofing, air conditioning, flooring, etc.'At home New construction of 2 new bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Designed by Mr. Misrachi and remodel of existing house including upgrades, hardwood flooring, Air conditioning, window replacement, landscape complete roofing,etc.I was extremely impressed with how easy it was to contact and approach Mr. Misrachi. He proved himself to be very dependable, trustworthy and professional.We have a continuing relationship I can call him for maintenance and repair. In short, Mr. Misrachi, is an idea man with the skills and abilities to bring the work to completion in the most timely fashion

His work is quality. I can put him on the job and forget it, I don't have to watch over him like I do most contractors. His estimates upfront were a lot more than others, but we had no change orders. It actually was obivous the other estimates were missing all the details - or simply had no idea what they were doing. Thus - a great value for the end product! he also does not mind doing smaller half day jobs - again, I can send him over and he get's it done.
Description of Work
Remodeled a commercial store, overseeing the division of 1 large space into 2 - including new electrical, plumbing, store fronts and finishing. Remodeled a very old home including all new insulation, complete redesign of new kitchen and master bathrooms, rewire, replumb, paint inside and out. He also does all sorts of misc repairs and handyman type work.
