IT WAS OF AVERAGE QUALITY. THEY HAD BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE. HE IS USUALLY LATE AND HAS A VERY ERRATIC PERSONALITY. HE IS GOOD WITH REPLACING OLD WITH NEW PRODUCTS. HE DOES A GOOD JOB ON THAT. HE IS NOT GOOD AT FIXING BROKEN THINGS.
