Description of Work: I had a seismic retrofit on my house. The bolted my one-story house to the foundation. They first pulled previous permits to see the history of the house, then they did an inspection to see what needed to be done. They provided me with photos to see where things stood before they did any work. They completed the work and managed the inspection process with the city at the end.

+ -1 moreIt went fabulous!! I am an admitted procrastinator and the form had been sitting around for years (I'm not kidding). I finally got around to contacting Avalin to get it completed. Because it had been over 10 years, Fred Cohen had to send someone out for an inspection and pictures as required. Mr. Cohen was very kind. Jaime Dominguez, his construction manager, came THE VERY NEXT DAY and I had the signed form in my email an hour and a half after he came to my home! I am so very grateful. This is the kind of service I received from Avalin in 2010. I highly recommend this company. They will not disappoint. Thank you!!!
