House was hit by a car on Presidents day 2016 and as of Dec. 4, 2016 job is still not finished. He still has not replaced the counter top. He has not finished the stucco. He has not finished the drywall. He will not return calls from his voicemail. He tells me he will come out and doesn't without even calling to say he cannot make it. Sometimes he doesn't answer his email. Still has not hauled away rubbish.
