Steve was great! I called and left a message and he returned my call promptly same day. I scheduled a free consultation and estimate. He came right out, early even, and was extremely helpful with making a decision to keep my old wooden door and replace/update the hinges or replacing everything. To keep the aesthetics of my old home we keep the original door. Steve gave suggestions for keeping the door in prime condition too. Overall, he was the ever professional and very personable. He did his job in the amount of time he said he would and his finished work was done perfectly. I highly recommend him.

Steve promptly fixed the automatic opener and even cleaned off the debris on my garage door in the process. He was very friendly and thoroughly professional.

I was very pleased with Steve. I called at 1pm to for an estimate he gave me a reasonable price for the work. He gave me a same day appointment for 2:30p.m which he arrived early for. He was very charismatic, fast and professional. He completed the work in a matter of minutes. The garage door was working perfectly fine. He explained what he changed, why and answered all my questions. He demonstrated and taught me how to check that the garage door was balanced. I would definitely recommend him to family. He finished working and explaining everything by 3p.m.and I was able to continue my day.

Steve performed the work on time. He was punctual and professional. He has all the tools. He doesn't waste time with long conversations on his cell phone. His prime focus is completing a well done job. I highly recommend Steve. His pricing is also very reasonable. He will recommend what he feels is best opener for the garage. Steve recommended a chain driven opener over a band drive because it wasn't necessary to spend more on the band drive as my garages were detached from the house.

Steve from Atlas called me back within a reasonable amount of time. He actually did not need to come over. He talked me through some possible problems since our schedules were not lining up for a service call. Eventually I was able to fix the door myself. Steve was very friendly and seems like a good guy. And his suggestions worked! He did not charge me. Because of this I will come back to him when I have a larger problem. Very good service. Nice guy. Highly recommended.

My garage door would not open and close, except manually. I called and left a message and he called back within 10 minutes. He asked me some questions on the phone to see if I could get it to work, which was really nice. He ended coming out and fixed the problem right away. He also explained some things to do to keep up the maintenance. Very nice and professional.

Repairman came out the day after I called. I thought the opener just needed adjustment, but it turned out I had a bad sender unit. This was on a Saturday. Because the opener was an unusual model, the repairman had to wait until Monday to get the replacement part. On Monday he came back and repaired the opener in a few minutes, charging less than his original estimate. Throughout he was cheerful, friendly, and professional. I would use him again without hesitation.
