Took forever to get the work scheduled. had to call multiple times. Price was much higher than estimate.

They are very good. The guy who owns the company is very nice, and he does everything possible to accommodate you. He is pretty busy, because he is very good at what he does. He came by and he was able to fix the lock, and he stayed it until he was done. It took him a while to get it done, but he got it done, and it was fine. I think his pricing is where every body else is.

Bob, the owner of the business, always comes when he says he will show up, reasonable and fair with his prices, and I feel he does good work. I appreciate his honesty.
