Went fine.

Arturo came out and was very informative and professional. He was on time and provided a reasonable quote for his services.

Totally and completely unresponsive.

Provided substandard "mow and blow" service. Left dead flowers uncut, did not clean up the dead tree leaves around our property, did not purchase replacement plants (for which we had agreed to reimburse him) as he said he would; did not treat sprinkler maintenance as part of his regular duties (although he said he did when we initially hired him), did not show up at the time he said he would, left after only half an hour when he thought we would be unaware of the time he spent on our yard. His said his time was more valuable than ours: he told us to purchase the defective sprinkler parts and that he would install them.

She never called back.

Arturo and two other yard-workers completed the job in two days. They did a great job on a very difficult task - and remained pleasant the entire time! We never felt like our privacy was interrupted. I would hire Arturo, and his crew, again in a heartbeat.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT. IF I CALL THEM THEY RESPOND IMMEDIATELY. WE HAVE HAD EXCELLENT RESPONSE ON BOTH SIDES. THEY COME ON TIME EVERY TWO WEEKS. THEY HAVE A DAY, AND THEY HAVE KEPT THE TIME FOR 25 YEARS. THEY HAVE A WINDOW OF TIME BETWEEN 10 AND 1, AND THEY ALWAYS COME ON TIME. THEY ARE COOPERATIVE, KIND AND THEY WILL DO EXTRA SOMETIMES FOR NO EXTRA COST. THEY WORK ALL OVER THE CITY.

THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE ON TIME. THEY COME EVERY OTHER FRIDAY. THEY ONLY TIME THEY EVER MISS IS IF IT'S POURING DOWN RAIN. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL. THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD ABOUT MOVING KIDS' TOYS.
