Went great. Marco shows up on time, determines the needs and fulfills them professionally and within reason as to cost. He is always polite and conscientious in his work

It went well. Marco is easy to work with, has a great personality, is very experienced, and knows his profession. He suggested "fixes" that could bring results, but did not recommend unnecessary work. His price was very fair, considering he made several follow-up trips.

It went very well! Marco said he would call me the next morning to see if we had anything. We didn't catch any. He said that we should wait and checked back in with me in two days. Still no rats! I was thrilled because they seemed to be gone. Marco said that we may have scared them out on the first day and they just didn't come back! By day 4, he was sealing the holes in the garage - he even found one behind the washing machine. Great work and a very nice guy!

I was getting small bites on my arms and legs. Called Marco to help determine what the problem was. Although he ruled out flies and bedbugs he did not know what is was. He did set off several bug bombs through out house and the problem was solved. He also made sure there were no areas that rats could enter the house and helped trap a few in the basement. When there is one trapped he is always available to dispose of it the same day.
