They completely abandon me and claim that they have changed designer [04:05] but they did not replace it and when they came to see what the problem was they have not done home work and even I called the store a few times before they told me that the designer will be warn to return my phone calls but after ten phone calls the designer never return the phone calls they just call me Friday evening saying they will be here Monday morning to install the garden. He send these people here and everything but he did not supervised them I was oblige to supervise them and I did not have the experience I didn't not know what these people needed to do and they were waiting for me to tell them what to do. He made a mark up of [07:47] what it would have cost local construction material of delivery he bought it from Pasadena and charge me six hundred dollars, he could have brought three miles to my house it would have cost fifty.
