The furnace was still under warranty.  When I called them they initially told me they would come out on Friday but my tenant told me they texted they would not be able to come out until Saturday. Saturday they never showed up. I have called them and texted them multiple times but no one will return my calls. Still waiting.

Before the installation Ray listened to our concerns and was very accommodating with our requests. He was patient with us and his explanations were clear. His crew arrived early Thursday morning and hooked up and installed radiator, condenser and it all checked it out before noon. They were professional but were relaxed enough to joke among themselves which in turn made us feel more comfortable.
