I WAS REFERRED TO ARC THROUGH FRIENDS WHO HAD USED THEM. I CALLED AND THEY CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER BIDS I WAS GIVEN. THEY CAME PROFESSIONALLY AND CARED FOR THE FLOORING AND POSSESSIONS IN MY HOME. VERY THOUROUGH.

WE CONTACTED ARC AND THEY WERE OUT TO OUR HOME IN 24 HRS. THEY PAINTED THE INTERIOR OF OUR HOME. THEY TOOK PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT OUR NEWLY LAID CARPET AND WOOD FLOORING.

THE PAINTERS SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY HAD ALL THE SUPPLIES NEEDED AND THE RIGHT COLORS I HAD CHOSEN. WHEN I CHANGED MY MIND THEY DID NOT MIND AND GOT THE NEW COLORS FOR ME. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND RESPECTED MY HOME.
