Paul did an excellent job on my historical appraisals. He came to the property, measured it, inspected all areas and then provided me with a very thorough report. Other appraisers I contacted, all of whom asked me for a higher fee, told me they would either do a drive by or didn’t even need to visit the property at all to do a historical appraisal. Paul is a 10 for professionalism, timeliness, reasonable cost and courtesy. It was a real pleasure meeting him. I would recommend him to anyone in need of current or historical appraisals.

The appraiser I worked with was very cordial, the main problems were timeliness and continuity. Emails went unanswered for extended periods of time. We also discussed comps and the value of the property as one thing, but when I got the final report it was much lower without much explanation why.

There was no attention to detail. I had to inform him of corrections that needed to be made. It is obviously a cut and paste job for which they collect a lot of money. When you cannot cut and paste in the appropriate manner that is a problem. He confused listings with actual sales and also identified them on a map! I had to inform him of all the corrections that needed to be made and I am not in real estate!

A cost little higher than that the home advisor recommendation for a single family home rate that was suggested but still a good experience and he was appraising a duplex. This is my first time hiring an appraiser so happy to say it was a pleasant one.

"This Client called with very special request. The house in question is located in the Silver Strand area of Marina Del Rey. A high end house the client/lawyers office needed asap and the occupant was Not to Know. I managed to complete the exterior only inspection and return a complete report (over 3.0ml mansion) within days. Awaiting a call for a deposition and/or as an expert witness. This client was Great!"
