I hired this company to clean the hood above my stove. They sent a technician over to clean the oil off the motor and the overall hood. They did a mediocre job. After the technician left, I took a look inside the hood and saw that there was oil/grease all over the ceiling and sides of the hood. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Some $400 dollars later I called the company and told them what happened. I even sent them photos of how the technician left the hood. I asked that they send him back to finish. The technician told them that he couldn't get the rest of the oil off as the grease/oil was too old. I decided to take a cloth and some 409 and see if any of it would come off. It started wiping off immediately. I texted the company back and told them, and they have never responded back. The moral of the story is be careful using this company as they don't stand behind their work.
