See above. The final stain on our treads was patchy in places and not what i can expected for the price. the stair treads were maple and he did not listent to the builder who suggested moisturizing the treads before applying the stain to open up the wood for proper staining as maple is a hard wood. I will in the future have my treads re-done but not by him..
Description of Work: he stained and pained my new staircase. He did not follow directions given to him by the builder and had to sand and restain the treads twice. He did not call to let me know he was not showing up for work on the day he was schedule to work. I thought that was very unprofessional of him. It is only courteous to call if you are not going to show up for work. I found him arrogant and unwilling to take suggestions given to him by the builder.
