+ -1 moreThe job started out as a straightforward sink unclogging in a rental unit. The technician discovered that the pop-up unit was broken, apparently due to improper attempted repair by tenant. He came back the next day with the needed parts, did the repair in just under an hour (the time estimated for the job) and I have had no complaints for the past 3 months. So, the overall experience was positive. The technician was friendly and professional. Negatives: 1. On the first day, the technician arrived over an hour later than the time stated, causing me to miss work. 2. Their rate quote over the phone was a bit confusing, giving the impression that it would a fixed rate job and nothing was said about hourly charges. However, they did stay within the estimated time, so it was not a huge problem.
Description of Work: Unclog bathroom sink.
