We had ceiling problems. A leaking overhead pipe had caused the original paint to buckle and crack over most of the kitchen ceiling, leaving bare plaster. Mr. Coleman scraped, sanded, patched, and repainted the entire ceiling, using a base coat then a final enamel semi-gloss coat. You can't tell where the water leaked through. He also patched the living room and entry way ceilings, scraped the moldings, and repainted. He carefully covered everything before working and cleaned up afterward. Very thorough and easy to work with. He also told us about low-odor enamel and latex paints, which I went ahead and bought for the project.

Very good work. Very polite. A bit slow, but it was a difficult job.

Price was per room including material and labor. The rooms have never looked so good. The quality of the work is absolutely superb. He's meticulous. He takes his time. What you get from that is incredible. Extremely thorough. He is a real professional. He cleans up everything. I'm delighted with the job.
