Bait and switch. He said that he could get the vents inside ... he couldn't, more money! He delayed the completion. His sub-contractor, the electrician, also was not professional. His plumbing (the gas line) look like a monkey bars. The vents LEAK. In the winter, some of the house is warm, some (like my bedroom) is cold. In the summer, some of the house is cold, some (like my bedroom) is warm. Some of the vents rattle! HE DOES NOT REPLY TO MY PHONE NUMBERS OR FAX MESSAGES!

I felt like he overpriced the work that was done. I wouldn't hire him again only because of his prices, not the service. He did do a good job.
