His name is Tony. He raised his price and charged more than he said he would. He was dishonest. He came out once and on the basis of that I would have given him a high mark, but the 2nd time it was horrible. He said he was going to come and didn't. He didn't call. When I called him he was rude and didn't apologize. He over charged us for the work that he did. He said we needed an emergency earthquake gas valve installed. I didn't think we did, but he told me the LA inspectors code had been changed and we would need to have it installed. I called the inspectors office and had an inspector come out and he told us that it was not true. The guy was trying to intimidate us and scare us to get more work.
